  We have negotiated a discounted room rate for exhibitors at the Airtel Plaza Hotel located in Van Nuys, California. The hotel is located less than 4 miles from the venue, and for those flying into LAX, you can ride a FlyAway bus, conveniently located outside the airport baggage claim area. This bus will take you to the Van Nuys bus terminal located two blocks from the hotel. There is a phone at the bus terminal connected to the hotels shuttle service, which is available for transport to and from the hotel. Airtel Plaza will also provide a morning and evening shuttle to the venue, and has two restaurants on the property, with live jazz on Saturday night (reservations a must). The sustainability factor is you won't need a rental car with the FlyAway bus and ride share to and from the event. When you book your reservation be sure to
